Booking Conditions

• All sessions must be pre-booked and book up very quickly at weekends so it is advisable to book early.
• Please note that unless otherwise stated, experiences take place in small socially distanced groups. If you wish for the experience to be made private, this can be done for an additional fee. This is can either be paid for when purchasing a voucher or at the point of booking in a date.
• Your voucher must be booked and completed by your expiry date or you will forfeit your day and monies paid.
• Once you have booked your experience session we ask that you phone the main office number on the day before to check weather conditions. Heavy persistent rain, snow and strong winds will affect your day, in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel and rearrange a suitable date.
• We cannot accept cancellations at less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel after this time you will forfeit your experience session and any money that has been paid.
• All vouchers are non refundable. However if the gift recipient is unable to attend they may be transferred to another individual.
• Please wear comfortable clothing, not too bright, and bring a waterproof in case of inclement weather.
• All training and equipment required are included in the cost of your day.
• All experiences come with a paper voucher. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to request the name of the recipient if it has not be put in the notes section when ordering. The voucher will then be posted to the address provided on the order.

Please note that the experience days are not suitable for children under the age of 7 years
