Half Term at Herrings Green Farm; The Family Farm!
Herrings Green Activity Farm is one of the largest bird of prey centres in the UK.  Home to over 200 birds of prey plus many breeds of farm animals. Come face to face with different species of Owls, Hawks, Eagles, Falcons and even Pelicans! Take a walk over to the farm where you can visit many breeds of farm animals; donkeys, sheep, goats, alpacas, ponies and many more.
We have a program of activities that will keep the whole family entertained:
10.30 – Meet and handle an owl
11.00 – Pat a pet with the rabbits and guinea pigs
11.30 – Flying display – See many of our amazing birds in action as we fly them over your heads!
12.30 – Have a go at flying an owl
1.30 – Critter encounter
2.30 – Flying display – See many of our amazing birds in action as we fly them over your heads! (This display is different to the 11.30 display)
3.00 – Pat a pet with the rabbits and guinea pigs
3.30 – Farm animal meet & greet
Take the kids to the outdoor playgrounds, have a go on the tyre run and for the little ones enjoy the ride on the toy tractors. Our tea room is open daily 10.00 – 4.00, serving sandwiches, wraps, cakes and snacks or alternatively you are welcome to bring a picnic. 
*Please be aware the farm can be very muddy this time of year, we recommend suitable footwear
