New for Summer – Alpaca & Felting Workshop June 29th 9.30-12.30

Join us for a unique workshop this Summer, learn a new craft and take away your own needle felted Alpaca.

Starting at 9.30 you will be met by our animal keeper and given an introduction. From here we will head over to meet our Alpacas. Alpacas are beautiful animals to be around, this is a great opportunity to see them up close, give them their breakfast, take photos and to get inspiration before you go on to needle felt your own alpaca to take home.

This will be followed by a break in our tea room where you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a delicious slice of cake.

From here you will go on to needle felt your own Alpaca. Led by Sonia from Felted Friends by Sonia you will receive expert instruction on how to turn soft wool into your own Alpaca. All equipment is provided, you don’t need any experience in needle felting, Sonia will guide you through step by step. A fun and creative way to spend a morning!
