Friday August 1st – Summer

Herrings Green Activity Farm is a great place for Families to visit this Summer, bringing families of all ages close to birds of prey and animals. We are home to one of the largest collections of Birds of Prey in the UK, view many different species of owls, hawks, eagles, falcons, kites and even pelicans! Take a walk over to the farm where you can visit many breeds of farm animals; donkeys, sheep, goats, alpacas, pigs, llamas & ponies, visit our bird garden where you can view different species of parrots, parakeets & poultry, visit the critter area to see our reptiles and creepy crawlies plus lots more!

This Summer we have a packed daily program which will entertain all of the family, bringing you close to our beautiful birds and animals.

10.30 – Meet and handle an owl

11.00 – Pat a pet with our rabbits and guinea pigs

11.30 – Flying display: Watch our spectacular flying display and see many different species in flight

12.15 – Tractor rides

12.30 – Have a go at flying an owl

1.30 – Animal & critter encounter

2.30 – Flying display: Watch our spectacular flying display and see many different species in flight

3.15 – Tractor rides

3.30 – Farm animal meet & greet

4.00 – Pat a pet with our rabbits and guinea pigs

Take the kids to the outdoor playgrounds, have a go on the tyre run and for the little ones enjoy the ride on the toy tractors. Our tea room is open daily 10.00 – 4.00, serving sandwiches, wraps, cakes and snacks or alternatively you are welcome to bring a picnic.
